Mixed-Use Residential Project
South Shore is a 92-unit mixed-use residential development combining residential living with integrated commercial space. As the General Contractor, our team managed construction across multiple work areas, coordinating trades, scheduling, procurement, and day-to-day site operations.
One of the project’s key challenges was maintaining construction flow while managing the different requirements of residential and commercial areas. Our team addressed this through phased scheduling and close trade coordination, allowing work to progress in parallel while minimizing conflicts between crews.
Completed in 2024, the project required careful sequencing and site logistics to bring the residential and commercial components together into one completed development.
